About Us

Our Story

We are a family farm rooted in Winchester, Idaho, built on generations of working the land and raising food with purpose. What began as one operation has grown into two distinct but connected parts of the same system—each playing a role in how we produce real food from soil to table.

Winchester Ridge Farm is where we raise our livestock. This is home to our lamb, beef, and pork—animals raised on pasture, managed with care, and finished on grains grown right here on our farm. It represents our commitment to raising meat the right way, with respect for the animals, the land, and the families we feed.

Hasselstrom Farm is the grain side of our operation and the foundation of everything we do. This is where we grow our crops, including heritage grains like Red Fife wheat. These fields support not only our flour and grain products, but also the feed that finishes our livestock—creating a closed-loop system rooted in soil health and long-term sustainability.

Together, these two farms tell one story. The grain feeds the animals. The animals support the soil. And everything works together to produce food we’re proud to stand behind.

This isn’t two separate businesses—it’s one family, one piece of ground, and one way of farming that connects it all.
