Our Cattle

Recipes

Our cattle are raised with the same intention that guides everything we do—work with the land, not against it.

They spend their lives on pasture, grazing across open ground and crop residue, harvesting their own feed and moving with the seasons. We manage them to make the most of what the land naturally provides, while also using their impact to improve soil health over time.

Cattle play a big role in cycling nutrients back into the ground. As they graze and move, they return organic matter to the soil, helping build fertility and support the next round of growth.

Their presence encourages stronger, more resilient pastures and helps keep the land productive without relying on heavy inputs.

We finish our cattle on grains we grow ourselves, including barley and oats raised right here on the farm. That allows us to stay in control of the feed from start to finish and ensures consistency in both quality and flavor. We do not use corn or soy, and we do not rely on feedlots.

Our goal is simple—raise cattle in a way that respects the animal, supports the land, and produces beef that reflects both. Smaller framed animals, carefully finished, result in cuts that are practical, flavorful, and well-suited for the way families actually cook and eat.

This is beef raised with purpose, from the ground up.
